The Museums, galleries and other cultural institutions taking part in this nocturnal event offer a wide range of exhibitions, guided tours, music, etc. Some of the events start already 4pm.
The ticket, wristband, grants entrance to all participating venues and on to the three local buses that drive all night on the Night of the Museums line, between venues. The first bus departs from Museum Centre Vapriikki at 6 pm. The Night of the Museums route is operated by Tampere Public Transport from 6 pm – 11.30 pm. You can get to Moomin Museum by buses number 2, 6, 9, 15, 40A and 40B. If you want to visit Mobilia in Kangasala you can take the bus 40B. Just remember to show the driver your wristband. You can not buy yourself the wristband from the bus!
