Mustalahti harbour caters tasty food, live music and lakeside atmosphere all through the summer! The harbour is located in the northern end of Hämeenpuisto boulevard, close to Särkänniemi amusement park. The fresh air from the lake Näsijärvi and the sound of the 100-year-old steam boat Tarjanne leaving the dock nearby create a relaxing waterside atmosphere.
Café & Pizzeria Ankkuri offers high-quality delicacies and award-winning pizza, and from restaurant Kaisla you can order à la carte as well as lunch, every day in the summer. There are also dishes for the younger members of the family on the menu.
The heart of the restaurant and the whole harbour is the cosy outside terrace of the restaurant Kaisla, where you can enjoy lunch, refreshing beverages or even dance to the music. The stage of the dance pavilion Reuhari will present some of the top Finnish performers, entertaining the people in the light nights of the Finnish summer. You can find information about the events and artists (in Finnish) from here.
In addition to the restaurants and the cruise services, Mustalahti also serves both long-term and visiting boats as a marina with 40 berths and a toilet, shower and sauna. On Tuesday evenings, the harbour is the main gathering spot for the local motorcyclists – occasionally, you might even spot some older automobiles there as well!
PSST! You can rent Yero Charter‘s Sealine F43 Flybridge -boat which sails from Mustalahti harbour. They will customize a perfect cruise just for you.
