It’s still Christmas somewhere – Leavings-Orkesteri plays Leevi and the Leavings

Leevi and The Leavings has undoubtedly left an indelible mark on Finnish pop music with their beloved classics and ingenious lyrics. The band will perform in Tampere on December 8th.

The band will do a unique “Jossain on kai vielä joulu” aka “It’s still Christmas somewhere” concert hall tour, the soloists of which will be Jarkko Martikainen and, as usual, Siiri Nordin. At the concerts, Christmas carols from the legendary “Varasteleva joulupukki” album will be heard live for the first time, performed by the Leavings musicians themselves. In addition, the most loved Leevi and the Leavings hits will of course be heard at the concerts. In the Christmas concerts, local choirs from the concert locations can also be seen on stage with the band.
