The opening of the Light Weeks on 28th of October 2022
The opening of the Light Weeks will be celebrated on Friday the 28th of October at 7pm to 7.30pm at Koskipuisto.
The event will feature music songs that everyone knows, performed by well-known musicians. The event will be hosted by journalist Milla Madetoja.
The event culminates in the Dancing Waters piece, where illuminated water jets dance in Tammerkoski to the rhythm of the music.
You can admire the Dancing Waters work on the beach of Koskipuisto on a total of ten evenings from October 28th to November 6th. at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm. The theme of the dancing waters is peace, love, hope and solidarity.
