Sushibar Umami

The smallest sushi bar is almost always full. Sushi master Liqun Zhang makes the sushi daily depending on which ingredients are available. The restaurant closes when the chef is out of rice, as in addition to working, Zhang’s philosophy also includes indulging. Umami is definitely worth the possible queuing!
