Tampere throws a big party in honour of the World Champion in ice hockey, Finland! The Finnish Lions will be celebrated at the Frenckell Square on Wednesday 29.5. starting at 6 pm. Many Finnish artists and Tampere legends will be on stage: JVG, DJ Juissi, Pate Mustajärvi, Jonne Aaron, Waltteri Torikka, Poju, Noora Louhimo, Sani Aartela, Ilari Hämäläinen and the men's choir Pirkanpojat. Nearly the whole golden team will make it to Tampere, altogether 19 players, including the young star Kaapo Kakko. Hailing from Tampere Region, also Kristian Kuusela and the team captain, Marko "Mörkö" Anttila will be there! Also Toni Rajala, Arttu Ilomäki, Henri Jokiharju, Oliwer Kaski, Joel Kiviranta, Miika Koivisto, Juho Lammikko, Kevin Lankinen, Mikko Lehtonen, Niko Mikkola, Niko Ojamäki, Jussi Olkinuora, Harri Pesonen, Jere Sallinen, Veli-Matti Savinainen and Juhani Tyrväinen will be on stage. There will be a big stage set up at the Satakunnankatu side of the Frenckell Square. There will also be several big screens, so that everyone can join in on the festivities.
