After a well-slept night, you can either enjoy a ready-made organic country breakfast or cook your own in a well-equipped kitchen.

Karjainen Farm is mentioned in maps already in the 16th century and has been run by the same family since 1865. During your stay you can learn more about the history and life of the old family farm.

You can also include some program in your package. Would you like to see e.g. smart pet hens doing tricks or go and see if the hens have laid any eggs? Or go and see the cows and calves in the cowhouse? Or the old buildings and barn museum from the 19th century?

Karjainen farm is located appr. 40 km from Tampere city center in a small village. It is easily reachable by public transportation and is situated along the Pyhäjärvi Lake Trail cycling route. The village’s shop, lunch cafe and Bistro are 400 m away.
