In a beautiful landscape and with good transport connections (bus number 4, stop Suolijärvi), there are three atmospheric wood-heated saunas with swimming/ice swimming possibility.
In this public sauna, a bench seat for a one-hour sauna session can be reserved from the online booking calendar in the web page of the sauna. It is worth arriving well in advance to pay, as you can use the changing rooms and showers freely before and after your sauna session. Of course, you can come without a reservation and ask if there is space.
The sauna fee is paid to the sauna attendant by the small sauna, so come there first! You can pay by card, MobilePay and sports apps. Bring your own water bottle to the sauna and also slippers or socks, because you have to walk along cold paths and piers. The large, shower-equipped changing rooms, with some lockers, are over 100 meters away from the saunas, so a bathrobe is also nice in winter, if you have one.
There are some lockers in the changing rooms, and there are also valuables lockers for everyone to use in the hallway of the winter swimmers’ changing room at the beach. By reserving (and paying) all the sauna seats, you can use the sauna for your own group.
