Design Market

Spring is here, and so is the first Tampere Design Market of the year.

On May 5th, from 11 AM to 5 PM, Tullikamari hosts the Design Market, a sales event featuring Finnish design, where you can explore nearly 60 design companies and make responsible and sustainable purchases for yourself and the upcoming festive season. There’s a diverse selection of clothing, jewelry, accessories, ceramics, and home products, not forgetting delicious treats. The event also showcases artist Alma Peltola’s works at Galleria Rajatila.

Craft and design school Näpsä will organize workshops and demonstrations at the event, and Sustinare will set up a shoe care station where you can maintain your shoes as the footwear season changes.
The Design Market is once again held at Tampere’s Tullikamari, with its red brick walls providing a splendid backdrop for this warm-hearted design event. DJ Sara-Maaria will create a relaxed atmosphere, and you can also enjoy delicious pancakes for a treat, with Klubi’s café-restaurant open throughout the event.

The Design Market is part of the Design x Second Hand responsible shopping weekend, taking place on May 4th and 5th, organized in collaboration with Tavara-asema and Second Hand Tampere ry.
