The programme provides a clear step-by-step path and practical tools for developing responsible practices. Businesses and destinations that meet the criteria can receive the STF label, demonstrating their commitment to sustainable tourism.
Restaurant Dabbal serves unique tastes of Nordic nature in visually pleasing dishes. To support this passion, we cooperated with Pentik to create tableware which was inspired by the colours and shades of the forest. Our dishes combine all the elements of nature from flavours to colours and from materials to diverse aromas.
