The nature trail, which starts from the Niihama outdoor hut, runs through wooded terrain around lake Niihamajärvi and mount Soukonvuori. The length of the trail is just over 3 kilometers and there are 10 checkpoints along it. Along the route, there’s dry and damp moor forest, birches and coppice.
