Book easily online 24/7 and you can paddle whenever it suits you. In Tampere, Kayakomat points are located in Santalahti on the shore of Lake Näsijärvi and on the shore of Tahmela on Pyhäjärvi. In addition, Kayakomat points can be found on the shore of Loukonlahti in Pirkkala and Myllyranta in Lempäälä.
The Tampere Pyhäjärvi canoeing route offers wonderful experiences on a mapped route of approximately 14.5 kilometers. It is ideal for island hopping and exploring the coast.
There are three campfire sites on the route: Viikinsaari (toilet), Lehtisaari and Saunasaari, as well as nine landing sites. There are wonderful cafes on the route, for example in Viikinsaari and Pirkkala.
Tahmela beach is easily accessible by bus. There is a K-shop at the stop and you can buy snacks for your canoeing trip there. There is a toilet on Tahmela beach.
ATTENTION! Always check the weather forecast before your kayaking trip! If the forecast is windy, come and kayak another day.
