The Tammerkoski nature trail circles in the centre of Tampere from the shores of Tammerkoski rapids to Herrainmäki and through Wilhelm von Nottbeck’s park to Näsinpuisto park. The length of the trail is 2,6 kilometers and the information boards along it contain information about birds, plants, insects, fish and bats. The signs also explain how people affect nature. When navigating the trail during the winter, please note that the nature trail is not fully maintained.
