In a hundred-year-old, Tampere’s smallest stone house, waffles have been baked for thirty years.
The history of the building has provided a great setting for various businesses such as a shoemaker’s shop, an antiquarian bookstore, and a bookbinding workshop. Legend also tells of the city’s first gas station operating on the premises.
The Waffle Café offers both sweet and savory waffles. Waffles are also available in low-lactose, gluten-free, or vegan options.
