Herkkujuustola is a combination of Swiss cheese making traditions and pure Finnish ingredients. Located in Sastamala, this cheese factory produces seven different special cheese.

Tampere Market Hall offers great variety of local products from region. From the Market Hall you can find tasty cheese, quality meat, fresh vegetables and more!

Wine

Rönnvik winery is one of the biggest and most awarded wineries in Finland and located only an one-hour drive away from Tampere. The ingredients for the wines come from their own and neighboring farms and Rönnvik wine has been selected the winner of Finnish winery competition sevaral times.

Chocolate

Finnish chocolate is made with passion, and Pirkanmaa is no exception. Chocolate factory Dammenberg is situated in Lempäälä, 17 km from Tampere. They produce more than 800 different articles of chocolate. The factory has its own shop where their sweet products are sold at a sweet price. Their entire chocolate factory and all products are completely nut-free, gluten-free, egg-free and GMO-free.

The wonderful handmade chocolates produced by Suojärven suklaatila in Ylöjärvi are made on a family farm in the countryside of Ylöjärvi, which is over a hundred years old. The chocolates are literally made on the edge of the field, with many of the raw materials needed for flavouring coming from partner farms.

Tallipiha Stable Yards has by far the best selection of chocolates in the city. The chocolate shop offers authentic, handmade chocolate and toffee from Pirkanmaa, as well as delicacies from around the world.

Coffee

Finns are famous coffee drinkers and Tampere-based roasteries create amazing coffees to drink on site or to take home with you. From the coffee selection of Tampereen paahtimo, Mokkamestarit, Pirkanmaan paahtimo and Kahwe, everyone is sure to find their favourite!

Ice Cream

Minetti brand of local ice cream has existed since 1925. It was founded by Giuseppe Minetti who first brought ice cream to Tampere. Minetti offers the widest and most versatile selection of Italian artisan ice cream.
