The Night of the Museums takes place on 21st of May in Tampere, with several museums being open from 6 pm until midnight. In addition to the interesting exhibitions, the museums taking part in the Night of the Museums also offer various kinds of special events for their visitors. The Night of the Museums in Tampere is part of the Central European La Nuit des Musées/ Lange Nacht der Museen museum events.

Museum Centre Vapriikki, The Finnish Museum of Games, Rupriikki Media Museum, The Natural History Museum of Tampere, Pirkanmaa Provincial Museum, Postal Museum, Hockey Hall of Fame Finland, Vapriikki Photo Archives, Juice’s Library, Tampere Cathedral, Tampere Fire Museum, Culture House Laikku, Children’s Cultural Centre Rulla, The Finnish Labour Museum Werstas, Himmelblau Printmaking Studio, Finlayson Church, Tallipiha Stable Yards, Mältinranta Artcenter, Olgas Cellar, Museum Milavida, The Lenin Museum, Emil Aaltonen Museum, Tampere Art Museum, Sara Hildén Art Museum, The Finnish Boxing Museum and Moomin Museum.

Tickets: entrance fee 12€, group ticket 40€ (max. 5 persons/ group), children under 7 years for free.

With Museum Card entrance fee is 10€. No other discounts.

The ticket grants entrance to all Night of the Museums venues and the Night of the Museums buses.
