We offer a great loft for 1-8 persons. You will live in a beautiful apartment with an own sauna, 1 free parking place, free Wifi and beautiful lake views.

The air-conditioned apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and sauna. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.

The over 120 years old cotton mill offers many facilities: at the same building there are a restaurant, pizzeria, spa, swimming pool, gym, R kiosk and a summer terrace. We are only 1,6 km from Tampere city centre.

A children’s playground is available on site. Great lakeviews and possibilities for outdoor activities are nearby: lake, forest, rowing, biking, running, walking, golf… – in winter even a hole in the ice!

Nokia Arena is 2.2 km and the nearest golf course (Tammer Golf) 5.9 km away. A taxi station is at the street, a bus stop 300 m and the railway station 1.3 km away. The nearest airport is Tampere-Pirkkala Airport, 19 km from the apartment.
