At the indicated time we will meet next to the Tampere train station to begin an authentic aquatic adventure through one of the lakes that bathe this Finnish city. You will surely have a great time paddling the kayaks!
We will take a walk of about 20 minutes through the city, seeing some of its churches and other monuments of great historical value, until we reach Lake Pyhäjärvi. There, we will review the safety regulations and offer you some basic advice so that you learn to row correctly. Then comes the funniest part.
We will begin the kayak tour through Tampere getting to know Finnish nature. On board the boats we will see the forests that surround one of the largest cities in the country and we will admire some of the islands that emerge from Lake Pyhäjärvi.
We will feel the most absolute tranquility admiring these landscapes and, in addition, we will make a stop in Viikinsaari. This small island is an important recreational space for the local population, as it has a beach, saunas, theater, and even a chapel. In this area, we will regain strength by having some snacks before returning to the center of Tampere.
